    Has anyone tried booting DVD-R's with their current DVD player? I am looking to get a burner soon, and want to make sure I get a player that will play the backups...

    If so did it work? Which player do you have? Burn specs, etc.?

    I have sampo 620. It is going to work. I tried mimiDVD. It worked. If you want to test send your copy I will do test for you in my system. I don't have DVD burner.
