I have the video already converted to quicktime and the audio to aiff format. On some movies I can simply import the audio and add to the quicktime movie in Quicktime Pro; however, on some movies the audio is not in sync. So I use Final Cut Pro 2 to change the audio speed. The problem I have is that I have to export it to another file and use Premire to try and sync them because Final Cut Pro 2 says it can't handle my frame rate. It says my frame rate is 23.976 even when the frame rate is 24fps. No matter what it won't open the video. I have tired numerous frame rates with the same results. This is a very slow process and I'm getting tired of it. Any suggestions not involving me converting the quicktime file a second time?
