  1. Currently I download SVCD movies and use VCDGear to rip the bin/cue files and get the mpegs. I can watch the mpegs fine on my PC using PowerDVD player. When I try burning the mpegs to SVCD with Nero they burn successfully but then when I go to play them on a DVD player or on my PC with PowerDVD they are blocky and pixeled and do not work properly. Actually I can not use disc mode on PowerDVD to even play back the movie, I have to open the file mode and play the dat file that is created to even see the video but again it is blocky and pixelated. What am I doing wrong. I am tired of wasting CD-Rs. Please help
