    What I want?
    1. Support all Discs (BD, DVD, CD etc.)
    2. Suport USB
    3. Support MKV (h264/x264/AVC, AAC/AC3/DTS, SRT,(ASS is not necessary) format, change audio tracks, change subtitles)
    4. HDMI
    5. Smart TV (Not necessary)
    6. Youtube
    7. Built-in WIFI
    8. Apps support (Which player has better apps? Panasonic, LG, Samsung or Sony?)

And if you know any other thing that a blu-ray player should have write it down.

I can give 150 Euro max (185 USD)

  2. The Playstation 3 will accomplish your entire list. The price, however might still be a bit higher. May want to find a used one.

As far as I'm aware, the only way you can play MKVs on a PS3 is to convert them to a format the PS3 will play, or stream them. And, I'm not sure the PS3 might fit what the OP's looking for in terms of 'apps' - xxxThiefxxx, could you clarify what you want, here?

The best is the OPPO 83 or 93 but they are expensive starting at $499 US. You might want to try the Panasonic DMP-BDT220 for around $100 (US) or the DMP-BDT320 for around $130 (US), Also the Samsung BD5700 about $90 (US), I would stay away from Sony if you are going to backup your legal copy of movies because they won't play the ones with cinavia protection.

LG has some players that can do a lot of what you want, but I don't remember the model numbers. I would avoid Sony. Sony is very hostile towards consumers and the PS3 is well known for being fussy about what it will play in terms of MKV files. Ai Haibara raises some valid points about the PS3.
