[b]Subtitles about 5 Min. late in the end of the movie... HE

Someone help
I recently downloaded MAtrix and I´d like to put Finnish Subtitles in it and I have subtitles.
I also have english subtitles to it which ones works just fine no problem but when I put Finnish subtitles in it, subtitles comes about 5 min. early in the end of movie. I have converted it to correct framerate which is 23,9** something and also I have set the delay of sub to start in correct time at start but still when it´s about Finnish subs it won´t work. it keeps coming about 5min earlier in the end. I have read somewhere that but I can´t remember where that this is common problem but I didn´t needed it then and now I can´t find my way back there.
PLZ help me!
My computer is Athlon 1.4, 385 sdram, win 2000, Geforce 2 MX 200
