  1. I have an video.avi file and subtitles.srt file, the subtitles seem to show 2 seconds late. Is there any quick way to edit them so it matches the video?

Subtitle Workshop is what i also use to change the timing by an equal amount though the entire srt file.

how? i have 2 titles that have been sitting here for quite some time and i just cant delete em. The subs are 2 to 5 secs off and. I fixed the audio no problem but these subs..arghhh...what a nightmare

have no issues with converting..clanging color etc..just the damn timing

Just change it to delay or advance with the drop down selection and put in the time you need to delay or advance them.

It also has adjustments for subs that drift out of sync and tons of other adjustments.
