I'm going to make a DVD menu with some image as the background with addition a video playing 30 sec or so just like the video above
is there a way to make it via DVD styler?

  2. Perhaps something along these lines if I understand what you are getting at correctly.

I made a small demo you may download here http://www.mediafire.com/?c0eikvkkvec906u

It uses your YouTube video as a "First Play" and a frame from that video as menu background. The menu has 6 buttons that merely play the same small title.

Mount it and play it with PowerDVD, Total Media Theater or the like (just saw VLC skips the First Play)

Officially I don't think so. However if you simply change your your static menu background with a video clip it'll play the clip and then freeze the background at the last frame, ie don't loop.

You may download an example with a one-button menu here http://www.mediafire.com/?027kmib8u9zxb1d

AVStoDVD supports video clip as menu background. How it works I don't know - I've only used static backgrounds.
