You can try using MP4Box (with a GUI such as MyMP4BoxGUI, if you prefer) to demux the audio stream you want from the MP4, then use mkvmerge (from mkvtoolnix) to mux that audio stream into the MKV.

Whether or not it'll all sync properly, I can't guarantee. Just remember to work on copies of the files, NOT the originals.

  3. any step by step guide ...

and any way for other other way around ...

ie if i want the 2 audios from the mkv to be put into the mp4

coz mp4 video is a little better quality than mkv .

but i will try what you said ....though at this moment it looks difficult for me

    For mkvmerge:

    Start mmg.exe.
(You might want to take a moment to select Options from the File menu, click on the mmg tab, and place a check in the box next to "Disable header removal compression for audio and video tracks by default". Then, click OK.)
    Load your MKV.

Drag whatever files you wish to add to (mux into) the MKV, into the "Input files:" or "Tracks, chapters and tags:" panes (though it's probably a better idea to use "Input files:").
Change the "Output filename" name to point to whatever folder and filename you want to output to (different from the original file!).
Click the Start muxing button at the bottom of the window to proceed. (Or select Start muxing (run mkvmerge) from the Muxing menu, or press Ctrl+R.)

If you want to try importing the audio tracks you demuxed from the MKV into the MP4, you can use MyMP4BoxGUI for that. Note that depending on the format of the audio tracks, you may need to convert them to a format acceptable in an MP4. MyMP4BoxGUI allows you to input the following:
    - audio streams with aac, ac3, amr, awb, evc, mp3 as input format or from avi, mpg, mpeg, vob (mp2 only), mp4 and 3gp format.
    Open MyMP4BoxGUI.
Click on the Mux tab, if it's not already selected.
Click the Add button on the right; individually add the MP4 file and the audio tracks you want to mux into the MP4. They'll be added as files to the list.
Click the Save As button to set the output folder and filename (different from the original!).
Click Mux to proceed. (Let it run. No progress bar/status display is shown, so it may take a bit for MP4Box to complete the task in the background. The muxed video should appear in the output folder near the end of the process.)

    just two questions

    1) how do i compress this mp4 file to half the size keeping all 3 audios

    2) how do i rename the audios ( in vlc or gom player it shows audio 2 , audio 3 and audio 4 )
i wanna rename it to hindi , english , korean !

  6. The names are set when creating the MP4 or MKV. I've no idea how to name streams in MP4s (if you can), but if you're happy with MKV, open the new MP4 you created with MKVMergeGUI, give each stream whatever name you want, then resave the MP4 as an MKV.

The only way to shrink the total size of the MP4 is to re-encode "something". Maybe just the video, maybe the audio. If the audio is multichannel you could convert it to stereo etc. MediaInfo will tell you what's inside your video files.
