so i try to rip idx file with subrip\vobsub
but the 'group' who made those subtitle made a protection for the idx file.
they put between every line subtitle 'EX' that showed in the top left of the screen
and the subtitle little bit smeared so the vobsub cant read the letters right:

Buy the movie and rip from it ...or I'm pretty you will find the subs on some subtitle site in srt text format.

It is highly unlikely that this is protection. Many groups that make videos available put some kind of logo on the video but this is not meant to stop you from getting the subtitles. Subtitles may have different fonts and sometimes VobSub needs help. This all sounds normal to me.

Yeah, sounds like normal over-compression difficulties.

smplayer will find subs on opensubtitles, download and rename them, and start playing with them immediately. srt files are usually best. It's a hell of a lot better than trying to modify them.

    Such as
    http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/imdbid-1567609/sublanguageid-eng
where they have 14 versions to choose from.

I look at the preview to screen out the ones that are obvious crap and try a few of the rest.
If I need to resync, I use Subtitle Workshop, it's pretty simple if you read the manual.

Unless you need Hebrew, in which case: http://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/4594895/get-the-gringo-he

Did you bother to read my post? I linked Hebrew subs in SRT.
Is there a problem with those?

Anyway, I doubt your IDX SUBS were made to thwart you.
At worst it would take someone a couple of hours to correct the OCR by hand, or start with an English SRT and feed it into Google translate and tidy it up -- automatic translation is not the most fluent, but a good start.

SUB/IDX format is straight from ripping and does not require OCR (Optical Character Recognition) so it's a very fast way to get the subs. Unfortunately SUB/IDX format is very inconvenient to do anything with except to display (with certain software and hardware players). So they are giving you SUB/IDX because it requires the least amount of work for them to get them off the disc.
