  1. not sure if this is exactly in the right forum but before i spend another 4 or so hours authorizing a disc with menus only to find the program reject my clips. I was curious , does anyone know what the max bitratre is for homedeck dvd players?
I know of the current super bitrate dvds released by Columbia/tristar (im in the US) and i own a region 2 set (gamera for the record) that at some points at least hits 12. something. Currently the clip im working on although when captured on dazzle 2 i had it set to 9.5, hits 10 for a good majority towards then end of the film.
i use spruce up to author as it has no file bitrate limit and all my discs have played fine--but i was curious as Sonic dvdits help mentions the stats at no higher then 9.4 for pcm or 9.8 for ac3 (although i think that is their own standard) thanks again--

  2. Depends on the player. Make & model?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
