How Can I Fix My SVCD's From Playing In Slow Motion?

All of my VCD's can play in my DVD player but everytime I make a SVCD, it plays in slow motion or kinda like one frame at a time then stop one frame then stops. I also tried to burn the SVCD on the slowest speed but still no luck. What can I do to make my SVCD play at the right speed. THANX!!!!!
