Hello, i want to demux a 1080p movie into a single file then add some filters to it then save it and reauthor maybe with AVCHD.
What apps and tools do you recommend for the process?
Thanks.

first de-muxing is the process of taking apart a muxed video into separate parts. you end up with a video file, an audio file, and maybe chapters and or subtitles. it's not some form of creating a single file.
so try again with your request and add more detail about what you really want to do.--

Sorry for not being clear, i want to blur some parts of the video while keeping everything else as it is like audio and subtitles.
I want an easy app to deal with like VD or i could use it if it's capable. -
You wont find anything easy to do this. And nothing supports switchable subs.

Ok let's forget "easy" word, what is the best editor commercial or free to load the video track, add some blur to some frames of it then save it?
