Capture and Watch?

Was wondering if it´s possible to capture, and watch the content without delay?
As if i play a game, i see it in "realtime", but when i capture, there is about 1-2 sec delay depending.
So is there a way to prevent this?

Possibly, but you haven't give us much information to go on. Some elaboration along the lines of what material are you trying to capture, from what source, and using what equipment etc enable people to help you.

Well it´s more or less anything, but was thinking Game Consoles for this purpose mostly.
I don´t know how it is with Digital, but all Analogue i have tried has delay with capturing, it´s Virtualdub giving the delay i think, not the actual capturing.
