Well, CCE itself accepts multiple AVIs. I'm assuming you mean XviD and/or DivX-type AVIs. Have you tried opening any of them in CCE? You can also encode multiple AVIs frameserving via AviSynth scripts.

Or do you mean you're looking for some sort of an all-in-one-type program to do the work for you? If so, maybe try Avs2DVD. It uses HCEnc as the encoder which many believe to be the equal or even better than CCE. Check the link and website for more information.

  3. Thanks mate. Yea i meant to say i need all in one that creates avs script and then encodes with cce =) do those 2 programs you mentioned do that. Thanks

p.s i use avstodvd with hcenc but i make dvds at low bitrates so i need a tool that uses cce as i hear its better on low bitrates.

  4. I must have been investigating and editing while you were writing. I removed DVDFlick as it uses ffmpeg. I kept Avs2DVD and added that it uses HCEnc. If you must use CCE within an all-in-one program, someone else will have to offer suggestions. Sorry for misleading you.

All the front ends I know of for generating Avisynth scripts are part of a free software suite. Considering that CCE costs in the neighborhood of $1000 (US), I do not think you are going to find any freeware that generates Avisynth scripts for CCE.

Although djgazzabhoy is asking about freeware programs that work with CCE when using AVI sources, DVD Rebuilder (the free version) allows for the use of CCE for reencoding and shrinking DVDs and frameserves using AviSynth scripts.

Looks like I should have written "many" instead of "any".
