Hello,
I captured VHS movie using my TV tunner, but unfortunetly the quality of the movie is not so good as I would like, every 10-15 frames I get bad looking belt in the middle of the screen like on the sample below:
so my question is: how can I remove that kind of noise from my movie, maybe some kind of filter for Virtualdub will be suitable or any other usefull program for editing movies.
I do not want to modify the movie frame by frame, that kind of method will be too time-consuming for me and I do not want to even consider it.
Please help.
