tmpeg 4:2:0 ???where 4:2:2 : go....

when i downloaded tmpeg last month it had 4 2 2 in the settings/video/yuv format section, now only 4 2 0 is there after reinstalling o/s due to big time crash (win2k)

what do i do to get it back please
and now i think about it there were at least 4 other settings in there something like high order/low order or similar

when i convert 16/9 dvdtosvcd i end up with black horizontal borders on the screen (pal e) how can i restore the picture to its original full screen presentation/aspect please for 16/9 widescreen play

please advise me

You have to set it to High Profile High Level to access 4:2:2. Be aware that this is a very non-standard setting for SVCD/DVD.
