I have captured a video using Adobe Premier, converted using TMPGE(latest version), and used Ulead DVD Movie Factory to make the menu and chapters. When I play on computer everything is fine. When I played on my Apex AD-3201 it started out fine and then after a few minutes of playing the video gets jittery. When I returned to the beginning it was fine again. I used the "high" quality setting for motion on TMPGE.
Another note, I originally captured this as a VCD and it worked fine with the execption of some pixelation on fast moving scenes, that's why I went to SVCD to see if it would get rid of the pixels.
Any ideas on what may be causing this? Could it be Ulead or encoding method?

I just tried burning it with Nero and it worked fine but I really want to create entrypoints/chapters. I tried TSCV but it didn't support my burner. What's another good one out there?
