notice that it says "Trinity" will feature "Piledriver" cores and a "Video Compression Engine", seems AMD has seen the writing on the wall and wants to jump on the accelerated encoding bandwagon; assuming there's adequate software support (perhaps unlike intel they will release the low level api to their version and ensure rapid wide spread support and adaptation).
