Framserveing with primerer and tmpeg

Hi i have just found that you can use tmpeg enc to convert your primere files to MPG. But every time i encode my files about very 1 min of the film gets encoded while the rest does not , this is becuase tmpeg just frezzez.

does any one know why.

Why is know one replying and how do i install the mpeg to plugin for tmpeg.
