Captured a video fragment using VirtualDub from TV (NTSC) at 480x480 using MJPEG software codec and found that some of fields contains ghosting effects.
Here is an example:
Full frame:
First field:
Second field:
I didn't use any of filters or stuff like that during the capture.
Is there any way to get rid of these ghosting things?
Thanks.

You're seeing interlacing, which can be eliminated using a deinterlacing filter.

In my example the full frame has an interlace effect. But there is only _one_ field on the second picture. And this field has a ghosting effect. Deinterlace works only when your deal with 2 fields in one frame.
Hot to fix the picture if one field looks ok, but another one has a ghosting effect? If I'm doing a deinterlace (smart deinterlace in VirtualDub for instance) I can remove interlace artifacts, but "ghosting" is still shows up.
Any ideas?Stupid is as stupid does.
