    Hi there everyone!

    I searched a lot about this error, tryed many different folder names (following this thread https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/336902-PopCorn-MKV?p=2092880#post2092880), but without success.

    The error I receive is this one:



    Someone please can help me?

    Try move the echelon.mkv to the root folder like f:\echelon.mkv and open it.

    I was trying to convert this since yesterday! Yeah! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    ** Oh, by the way, besides to move the file to the root folder, I also change the path of the MKV configurations to the root folder too, because the Common Directory had an path called "Usuários". Now it works like a charm, thank you very much!
