How to make subtitles work in a SBS 3d on my blue ray player?

I downloaded the movie and subtitle,put them on my usb stick and plug it in,in BD player,everithing works ekcept subtitles,i there any program that can fix this?

I'd try 3D Subtitler.
If that didn't work, I'd check out poliscript's 3Ditor, or Sony's "ZDepth", CPC MacCaption, ISP S3D title plugin for PP/AE,ELR Studio,...

Maybe use ffdshow's Subtitle renderer (which has auto-2d-to-stereo3d capability and adjustability - but lots of bugs).

If you go down this road, you probably should read this document to understand, and be able to account for, the additional complexities of stereo3d subtitles (depth inversion, window & background violations, scale/size discontinuity).
