Premiere Professionals read it, Very Very Urgent for me

Hi everybody

My job is translating movie to persian and adding subtitle to DVD and convert it to VCD with ADOBE PREMEIRE, it's very easy and very powerful software in SCRUBBING on movie and find the Conversation IN/OUT , but rightnow I want to release SVCD Removable English/Persian subtitle but Adobe Project file (PPJ) doesn't support in any subtitle software to convert it to SSA or SUB or anything else, but if anybody know how can I export IN/OUT subtitle's positions in TimeLine (Premiere) to any text or subtitle format tell me please, I really get confuse with many softwares like Sub staion alpha or Subtitle Editor or Sub Creator or etc because none have Premiere flexibily,
