Hey, i AM planning on buying this card in a couple of weeks but i am having trouble getting the tv tuner specs on this card.

All i know is that has tv in and tv out.

So i do know that it can capture and export to tv as well but thats not all i want to know.

Does someone know if this card and cap straight to mpeg-1 or mpeg-2?
