Lost the movie + audio area in premiere cs3

im trying to edit a video and i can't drag the video to the timeline in the work area bar
where the arrow is drown should be movie time line and down the audio timeline.
where did it went and how can i bring it back without reinstalling premiere?
when im doing Reset workspace it doesn't help and i tried to find it in the Window bar and also couldn't find it
