Im going to start a project and want to get it right from the start =)

Im using a VX1000 NTSC Jap- camcorder to capture my NTSC-footage and a JVC -Pal Camcorder to capture my Pal-footage.
I want to use this in the same project but really dont know where to start.

Im editing in Premie Pro CS5 and I want the final product to be PAL DvD (since I live in Sweden) and online/youtube-movies.


What project-settings should I use in CS5 and should I convert anything before I start?
