    Subtitle Workshop used to run properly, but there's now a problem: I cannot 'jump' to a subtitle either by double clicking it, or by dragging the cursor on the play bar. I did go to options and changed the settings to jjump to subtitle when double clicked, but to no avail. Why is this happening ?

    1) version of SW you're using

    2) version of Windows you're using

    3) whether you have installed some cräpwäre lately
