Conversion for Nookcolor

I want to convert videos to play full-screen on the Nookcolor.I will be using Super by ERightsoft to convert VOB and FLV files.I will be using FreeVideoConverter by Koyotesoft to convert from other file formats.The resolution of the Nookcolor is 854X480 and it expects .MP4. So far,my attempts have come out squashed in the vertical direction and one was stuttering as though the FPS setting wasn't quite right.Does anyone know the settings I should use for these two converters?

Do you have a video that works fine? THen copy those settings. Identify the properties from the video with mediainfo.


You can also try convert with freemake video converter.
