Hi, I need a little help. For a while now I've been downloading movies like many of us do and would like to convert to VCD. Most of the movies are the typical size of 140mb per part and a few are really high quality of 500mb per part. I have the general idea of how to create a VCD. What are the best settings in order to achieve the best picture when playing back on a 32" TV using TMPGEenc ? Will the picture be full screen? Also I tried to encode one of my large file movies and this was the message I recieved "File Name.mpg cannot be created", why is this. I thought maybe it was already in VCD format as it was a typical screener of high quality? And Yes I have installed the additional plug-ins. If anyone can help I would be most appreciated. Thanks for your time.
