I changed the video output on my Toshiba DVD player from AV to HDMI.
Now I want to go back to AV but the menu does not include making video out AV. How do I do it, especially if I cannot view the scree? Can I set it back to AV from the remote?

Don't you change the input type on your TV and not your DVD player? That's the way I did it on my Toshiba.
ICBM target coordinates:
26° 14' 10.16"N -- 80° 16' 0.91"W -
the toshiba has on the setup menu an option for setting the video output.
i want it to go back to the AV RCA cables from the HDMI. -
Change back to HDMI output, then bring the menu up on the TV, then change the output to RCA. Power off the player and change the cables.
You should then be able to select the player via the TV's input selector.ICBM target coordinates:

maybe i was not clear.
the setup menu doe not have an option for video out to be AV RCA cables. -
How did you do it before? Maybe a system reset will fix this. Consult your manual.
