Unable to extract audio - BD-Rebuilder aborts

Hi, what would cause this error? I have created a blu ray folder (BDMV) that i am trying to convert to BD-9 and i keep getting this error during the process. I have downloaded the latest version. The video is NTSC 720p 59.94fps with AC3 audio. File size is 17gb.

Can you shrink other blu-rays?
Have you installed correct required decoders? Use http://www.jdobbs.net/freeware/inspect.exe to check.
Created blu-ray folder? Ripped from a commercial blu-ray or downloaded or made yourself?


Or try shrink with AVCHDCoder or BDtoAVCHD.

I have not tried to shrink other blu rays. These are folders i created myself.

How did you author the blu-ray? What software?

For this particular folder, TMPGENc Authoring works 4.
