dvd burning error when make a bootable dvd image

hello , every one. i am a newbie here.
Recently i want to make a bootable image of windows as i was hit by virus ,so it is very need to make my own backup ,just in case. i tried several programs recommended here, Imgburn, DVD flcik ,avstodvd ,no program worked,all of them worked a while when burning and pop up some error message , i do not get what does this mean. i also tried burning a Linux iso image and get burning error, is it the problem with my dvd disc? the disc being finalized still capable of burning ? Here is the folder i want to burn and the error massage. any help will be appreciated.

In general terms that error is telling you the media brand you are currently using is worthless ... use verbatims instead for quality system bootable images.
