Ok so I've read a lot of online guides to figure out what I think should be an easy process. I would like to play certain video files with subtitles and original audio and others with English and no subtitle.
My Haali settings are as thus:
Options > Languages > Audio language priority: jpn,eng
Options > Languages > Subtitle language priority: eng,off
Options > Languages > Audio and Subtitle languages: jpn, eng;eng, off
My goal is that if the video has Japanese audio tracks and English subtitle tracks to play in Japanese with English subtitles. If those conditions aren't met, it should play in English with no subtitles.
Here's the problem, when I do this is plays in English with English subtitles, but if I change JPN to read JAP (Which I know is incorrect) it will play English with no subtitles.
The video file has these tracks:
V: [English]
A: NDAAC 5.1 [English]
A: NDAAC 2.0 [Japanese]
S: Dialogue [English]
No subtitles
Anyone able to tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm confused to what step I am missing.
