ok, last month, when I exported an MP4 file suing Premiere Pro CS5's H.264 / iPhone preset, it plays on all iPhones and even Blackberry. Today, the exact same preset generates an MP4 file that is not compatible with the iPhone 3G. It does play on the iPhone 4 however. As best as I can tell, all settings inside PP CS5 are the same. After I uploaded both files to our podcast server, it is saying the old file is a type="video/x-mp4" where as the older more compatible version was type="video/mp4".
1. Is there a setting inside CS5 to change this?
2. I can only assume that CS5 received an update to cause this glitch as I am simply using the iPhone / iPod preset to export MP4 files.
Any one know?
