    What is the best export setting for youtube. I capture video from H8 digital sony video camera in premiere pro CS3 and want to export high quality video for youtube from premiere pro CS3.
    Please let me know what kind of format and size etc.... is

    No one responded? I have the same question but more specifically, what is the best setting to use in the Adobe Media Encoder (under "Export").
