    When I convert a .avi(divx) to SVCD with Tmpgenc, there is a slowdown in the svcd every few seconds. This is both my Pioneer DV-535 player and WinDVD software.
    .avi has framerate 23.976 so i use the NTSC Film template in TMPGenc.
    Anyone can help me, pls ?

    I think this is because your DVD player needs 29.97 fps. You can check the box for 3:2 pulldown (in the advanced settings) and see if it plays properly in the Pioneer DVD player.
