i remember when i had a 25pack 800mb cdr last year.. now all the stores around here only have up to 700mb cdr and i mean everyone. ebay only has 700mb cdr its funny cause i bought my first 800mb cdr off ebay....
has the movie company cracked down on these cdr's.. i went to yesbuy.net and they have 730mb cdr as 90min uhh. i thought 900mb was 90min and 800mb was 80min.. anyways i need to find a site with 800mb cdr any1? i have a movie thats 715mb.

They haven't gone anywhere. . .you are confused. MPEG is burned as ISO Mode 2/XA, meaning that 80 minutes of video=800MB=80 minute CD-R, known as a 700MB/80 minute disc. 90 minute CD-R's are 790MB but hold 900MB of mpeg, 99 minute CD-R's are 870MB but hold 990MB of mpeg. A 715MB mpeg file will take up about 72 minutes, so it will fit on a 650MB/74 minute CD-R. Note that I am talking about S/VCD mpeg, not a DivX or avi, which are burned as mode 1 and correspond to the rated capacity of a CD-R. If that's your case, 715MB is not hard to overburn. . it's only about 81:30, so an 80 minute/700MB disc will hold it if you overburn it properly. Dig it?
