  1. I'm kind of new to all the video conversion stuff, so I was hoping for some help.

Well I'm using ConvertXtoDVD to put my .mkv files on a DVD since it seemed the simplest way for a newbie like me. Well everything goes find except when I put in the DVD, the first audio track(English) doesn't work. The second track(Japanese) works fine, but when I switch back to the first all I hear is a kind of static-y pop and then nothing.

The weird thing is when I try to play these tracks in ConvertXtoDVD using the 'Play Audio' button, I get the same loud pop then nothing, but the second track works fine. This is the same for all of the episodes in .mkv.

I've tried extracting the audio with MKVextractGUI, and the audio will come out and play in Winamp or Media Player fine, but does the same loud pop then nothing when I try to insert it manually into ConvertXtoDVD & play it.

Btw, next to the English Audio it says: AC3 6ch., while next to the Japanese it says AC3 2ch. I tried switching the English to AC3 2ch and MPEG Stereo 2ch, but it still doesn't work.

Any help is much appreciated, since I'm losing my internet for a while tomorrow and wish to know if I can fix it by then.
