Ts Muxer Blues

Hi

Recently i have been creating some avchd discs from mkv files using multiavchd.

About 50% are fine but the rest,right after encoding ts muxer 'encounters a problem and needs to close'.

Todays errors that appeared were

Others have experienced this and i know Dean puts it down to broken mkvs,but i don't think this is always the case,they can't all be broken.

I have obviously uninstalled and reinstalled ts muxer into the multiavchd folder.

Anyone been there and solved this or any ideas?

Multiavchd is fantastic and i think it's a tsmuxer issue,but if so how can i work around?

Have you tried any other mkv to avchd tools? https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/all-in-one-mkv-to-mp4-avchd-ts .

Sometimes srt subs can cause problems,are there any in the files?

Sorry for the belated reply but thank you for your responses gents,i am currently try some of the alternative software options.
