Capture picture stored on a DVD

Hi all,

I've been trying to capture and save a picture off a DVD, but I cannot find it on the disc.
The picture (which resembles cover art for the DVD) only appears on my friends DVD player when STOP is pressed during playback, where as my DVD player only displays the players manufacturer logo instead.

Does anybody know (if it is possible) how to access or capture this picture on a pc?

"Explore" the disc and list the folders that you see.
