capture -> set split-markers -> save to multiple files

I'm looking for a program, that allows the following:
- capture or load an AVI
- set splitmarkers at positions, where I want to split the video
- save all parts to numbered files

I don't want to cut the pieces out of the movie one by one;
that I do already with VDub.

I want to load it once, tell the app where to split and then the app saves the different parts.

any hints ?
