Problems converting recent mkv's to ps3 format!??

I'm starting to have problems converting some recent mkv files to ps3 format, all of which have been television shows. No problems with the movies. I use mkv2vob. The problem is that say a show is 22 minutes long, it will only convert about the first 19 minutes or so. So the ending is always being cut off now.
Anyone else experiencing this? mkv2vob used to work great

Maybe try make a m2ts with PS3Muxer, multiavchd, etc.
