I just tried the new Shuttle drivers 7.8.1 as well as Media Express 2.2 with Windows 7 32 bit and they caused my work machine to blue screen if I tried to capture to 720p or 1080p via HDMI. I didn't try any other inputs as they worked fine before as well as 720p via HDMIand 1080i via component. I don't think I'll try the new drivers on my Windows 7 64 bit machine at home untill someone else gets them to work first. Anyone having any luck with the new drivers or capturing 1080p with HDMI or component inputs?

No problems here. Upgraded and tested capturing at 720p with HDMI using both Media Express 2.2 and VirtualDub. Running Win7 64 bit.

Cool. It was kind of a pain to uninstall and install old drivers but if you have it working on 64 bit, i'll try it. I have a backup image if needed. I don't know what firmware it updated, even going back it did it, as my USB rennesonce drivers never changed. Firmware updates can be irreversable in some cases. It must have been for the Shuttle itself. It still worked after I reverted back, so I'll take the chance,,, Have you tried or can you try 1080p via HDMI?
