Currently I have been broadcasting a channel off my Digital Cable box via TVU or Sopcast so I can watch the channel at work. It's working out pretty good but the quality of the Video is pretty low and everything I have done to improve just doesn't help. Current backend Encoder is either WME or Expression Encoder 4 Pro. Now the biggest issue here is I got the 4 Pro because they allow you to use H264 encoding problem is when using H264 Encoding it can only be pushing to a media streaming server not pushed as a live broadcast.
So what I'm looking for now is either another all in one solution, Encoder/Broadcaster or just a top quality Encoder that will then push to TVU Broadcaster so I can broadcast a higher quality channel.
Hardware
I860
8 GB Ram
ASUS Combo TV Card My Cinema-EHC3
Bandwidth Upstream 5 mb
Software
Expression Encoder 4 Pro
Windows Media Encoder
Those are the options I have used so far, I would really like to get a high quality Stream so watching it isn't painful on the eyes. It can be an all in one solution or multiple programs I really don't mind but any help would be greatly appreciated.
