Is there somehow I can add subtitles using this tools?
Thanks..

No. You need a subtitle filter when you frameserve with VirtualDub or Avisynth or you have to mux subtitle streams to the MPEG (SVCD only).
ToDo list:
1. Read the FAQ and How to.. section
2. Search the forum
3. Repeat 1
4. Repeat 2
5-10. Test
11. If you still have problems you are welcom to ask again. -

...mux subtitle streams to the MPEG (SVCD only).
VCD plays only hard encoded subtitles. My favorite subtitle filter is vobsub, that you can use with VirtualDub and Avisynth. -
