    Hi
    I am using a Kworld TV713X BDA capture card.
    When I capture video I keep receiving those annoying horizontal lines (please see below pics).
    Using VirtualDub I tried to change the pic format, color, codecs etc... No success.
    I thought it might be my VGA card, so I change it and still no success.
    The pc and TV are away from any magnetic or electrical noise.
    I tried another capture card but still the same problem.
    I am wondering what can cause these disturbances?

    yesterday i borrowed another pc and tried the same capture card with the same driver and it worked fine with none of these horizontal lines.
    i am starting to believe that i might have a problem with the pci slot

    Yep, that too.
    But try PCI/motherboard drivers, too. Not just cap card drivers.
