  1. hey i just bought a panasonic tv/dvd combo. the model # is CT-27DC50 and it says on the drive dvd/video cd/cd. so i figured it played vcds but when i make them they dont play they just keep say reading. i have made vcd's before and they worked om my friends dvd player. please help i dont know what 2 do. i am using memorex 700 mb cdrw's and i have also tryed sony 650 mb cdrw's both didnt work but the sony ones worked on my friends. if u have any suggestions on what im doing wrong or which is the best type of cdrw 2 use please reply thanx in advance, peace

  2. try a CDR, sometimes some DVD players have problems with CDRW discs.

  3. Forgot to ask, does it specifically say that it can read CDR/CDRW? Some companies say theirs can play VCDs, but commercial ones only. Which are made like CDs,printed not burned. If all else fails, god I hate saying this but contact tech support for the machine. And if they say yours should work and it still doesnt, then you must decide wether or not to keep it.
