    Hi everybody

I have a big problem, because i extracted wav's files from .dts

I edited a central channel(i changed and edited central channel from an ac3) and now i wish to make a .dts

Same lenght, 16bit, same MB(except central channel), but when i tried to make a dts with Surcode 1.0.23, new dts no sounds ( i tried to play it with vlc )

so i tried to make a dts from the original files(previously extracted and untouched), but the result is the same, dts no sounds.

maybe surcode is not good? i tried to use eac3to but i think that there isn't an option that make a dts from mono wav's files.

i hope in a reply, thanks in advance

    bye

first older surcode versions were notoriously buggy, you should update to v1029. if that doesn't help try rtfm.

  3. Hi,
Try to play your new created dts-wav file in power dvd[file mode]....if u can hear it....you're ok.If not try to encode the dts wav file in dts hd encoder suite[far better as surcode].
    Enjoy,
    M
