HELP! video glitch causes sound to dissapear.

Hi, I've got 5 seasons of futurama but in each episode (MP4 format) a glitch in the video will occur (always at the same point) wich causes the sound to dissapear, its really frustrating coz then i have to stop the video, play it again, and if i enter the exact time the glitch occured in the playback, it works! im using VLC-1.0.1, tried other players such as MPC so it has to be the file itself, any way to fix this? advice will be much appreciated

You'll need to go back to the original DVD source and re-encode that particular MP4 backup file.
