Does TMPGEnc 2.53 have New type 2 pass VBR??

hey i was just wonderin if TMPGEnc 2.53 has the new type 2-pass VBR or do i have to go and buy 2.52 Plus???

The simply TMPGenc, don't have the new 2 Pass VBR fuction

If you use to work with tmpg standard (let say 12A, 12H or 2.02) then go for 2.51 plus. All tricks you know works there
Don't use 2.52. To many problems.

2.53 is for advance users only... Any trick we know with earlier versions, don't work with the new one...
